I received Economics Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. My research interests are Development Economics, Political Economics, and Applied Econometrics. Prior to Berkeley, I received my B.A. double major in Mathematics and Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Besides economics research, I am also very interested in Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning. I believe that, with proper tools and careful implementation, we can learn a great deal from the data and make better decisions.
